Chevrolet Celebrates Opening of Two New Showrooms Prachin Buri – TaLaad Thai Aims for Highest Customer Satisfaction

Bangkok – Chevrolet announced the opening of two new dealers and service centres at Prachin Buri Provice and Talaad Thai located at the Pathum Thani Province, stressing their standpoint of great determination in striving to provide the highest customer satisfactions together with the preparation for a continuous expansion of the company’s dealership network in the near future.
Chevrolet Sales Thailand held the grand opening of the two standardized dealer and service centres at Prachin Buri Province and Talaad Thai, stressing their standpoint to provide the highest customer satisfaction which includes both before sales and after sales services together with their determination to carry on business and to grow in the Thai market in the long run.
In Prachin Buri, the provision of customer service is undertaken by Prachin Buri F.C. Auto Sales Limited with support from Chevrolet Sales Thailand which has nominated the outlet to be the authorized dealer in Prachin Buri Province as of March 10 2009 with an investment of over 60 million baht on 4 acres land or 1,600 centare. The outlet has 8 repair stations and 6 lifters along with 30 personnels, professional officers and executives trained to be highly capable in providing the highest level of customer service, meeting Chevrolet standards nationwide.
“Besides putting in their highest efforts to provide excellencie in cutomer service, Chevloret Prachin Buri still aims to lift up the Automobile industry in order to boost and enliven the economy of the province and nearby areas. This will be done hand in hand with the preparation of the expansion plan to increase service centres into nearby provincial territories in the future, ” stated Mr. Pichai Kantawanich CEO of Prachin Buri F.C. Auto Sales Limited regarding long-term goals.
As for the Chevrolet showroom in the southern province of Talaad Thai, provisions of customer service is undertaken by Wong Stars Limited also nominated by Chevrolet Sales Thailand to be an authorized dealer as of the preceding date on Feburary 25. Located on 1 acres of land, over 400 centare is being alocated to the customer service area containing 2 repair stations and 2 lifters.
