•	Review all account reconciliation reports for GM Thailand, Chevrolet Sales, GM Southeast Asia Operations and GM Powertrain<br />

RESPONSIBILITIES <br />
•	Take lead on manage and control Account payable and Bank accounts to ensure that proper controls are in place and facilitate resolution for unresolved vendors and any other open items.<br />
•	Manage and control Account payable aging to be in line with company BPD and facilitate resolution for unresolved suppliers payment issues <br />
•	Take lead and ensure that all Account payable’s activities are comply to local regulation and all requirements from both BRM and external audit<br />
•	Be consultative of Payable processes to both vendors and employee<br />
•	Co-operate and work with FSSC for the above process improvement<br />
•	Be Represent GM Thailand, Chevrolet Sales , GM Southeast Asia Operations and GM Powertrain for Accounts Payable in cross Functional systems <br />
•	Timely notification to GMAP FSSC of any changes in the statement of work and co-ordination of any system and process changes and ensure the compliance of all changes are in place<br />
•	Manage and control all urgent payments including the approval and issuance of cheques and close all open items within a timely manner<br />
•	Provide information to support FSSC on Allied imbalance preparation and data entry within the cut off date and follow up outstanding invoices and clean up within a timely manner<br />
•	Work with GMAP FSSC Accounts Payable to identify opportunities for performance improvement<br />
•	Ensure that Withholding Tax and Value Added Tax filing include account reconcile for GM Thailand, Chevrolet Sales (Thailand), GM Southeast Asia Operations and GM Powertrain are accurate and no open items, in case of having the open items then should identify the resolution to close the open items.<br />
•	Perform work independently with supervision available to handle unusual situations<br />

Managing inventories of Parts and Accessories to simultaneously increase fill rates and inventory turns, managing supplier performance, measuring inventory management performance, profiling inventory activity, forecasting methodology and systems, planning for order quantity, performing replenishment schemes, planning fill rate, procuring and purchasing, This position is also responsible for coordinating and executing of all activities in related to dealer’s activities, coaching and supervising staffs of dealers, PDC warehousing, and CST employees to develop their knowledge and skills related to P&A and inventory management.    <br />
<br />
RESPONSIBILITIES <br />
1.	Manage inventories of P&A to simultaneously increase fill rates and inventory turns, and manage forecast inventory accuracy (i.e. seasonality, best-fit, moving averages, smoothing), and performing quick response to in-accurate forecast   <br />
2.	Manage inventory performance i.e. financial measure (Inventory carrying costs, inventory sales ratio), Manage inventory terms (stock level, back order vs. lost sales, demand terms, decision variable, carrying rates, financial terms)<br />
3.	Identify the segment P&A and customers to manage customer’s demand of both Domestics and Export markets <br />
4.	Manage stock on hand profiles to optimize stock level of non-moving parts, slow moving parts, and obsolete parts, and manage re-order points and order up to level of safety stock and service level<br />
5.	Analyse supplier lead time and demand variability, and following up parts from suppliers to ensure that parts will be delivered on time<br />
6.	Track report and drive improvement of performance (KPIs) to the established supply chain plan and perform supplier performance evaluation <br />
7.	Provide support for PDC to identify P&A characteristic (or else), and advise dealers to develop knowledge and skills in stock management <br />
8.	Analyse accessories with P&A Price & Marketing Specialist, Support service/parts campaign to promote parts sales<br />
9.	Manage for Part Catalogue queries resolution whenever the Third Party Warehouse supplier is unable to solve or for internal and external customer, coordinate with service engineering for resolution, follow up with Service Part Engineer for parts releasing, engineering change as ongoing activities<br />
10.	Support Parts sourcing process <br />
11.	Package design / lot size for local part for new parts  <br />
12.	Perform analysis method for various operations (Inventory sales ratio, Inventory carrying cost, Inventory turn over, and inventory performance gap analysis, Customer Ordering vs. Order Delivering (ORT), Back order analysis, Analysis supplier performance, etc.)   <br />

•	Create/Update master record of assets (assets registration records) according to asset transfer requests, disposal, and acquisition. Following with and training on-site engineering staff to ensure timely work completion <br />
•	Responsible with capitalizing fixed assets after the settlement of Ccnstruction Work In Process. And, running fixed assets depreciate and tool amortization by following the useful life instructed by GM procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles regulations. <br />

•	Responsible with asset write-off/impairment processes once full life is reached or as per disposal request <br />

•	Develop Regulatory Requirements covering sale markets and obtain product certification and compliance in assigned SMT area by VDC.<br />
•	Local Expert provide SMT Validation requirement VTS, SSTS, CTS and Analysed customer studies, warranty data and published media to comprehend (Vehicle Level) in developing of Program LADV Plan, Including Test hardware planning and ordering.<br />
•	Support ADV process to reduce Hardware and to realize RLM (Road-Lab-Math) and QRD (Quality-Reliability-Durability) Strategy.<br />
•	Attend Supplier Technical Review for GMN3600 Explanation and Supplier Assessment.<br />
•	Responsible for ADV P&R (GM1829) Initial and Final Approval dealing with GADT (MO SVE).<br />
•	Work with the Supplier, Coordinate and Timely On-site supplier visit for supplier kick off, test set up, load & sample requirements as well as Test Monitoring *<br />
•	Support GP-11 Process – Approve/reject part warrants submitted with ‘Usable’ Status.<br />
•	Support GM1411 PPAP Worksheet as required.<br />
•	Lead / Support Explanation of VTS, SSTS, CTS, Evaluation Procedure, GMW Standard.<br />
•	Manage and Update Subsystem Validation by PQMS System per program requirement.<br />
•	Provide ‘Boots on the ground’ Validation Related support for a plant or local supplier.<br />
•	Responsible for Commodity Validation Sign off (GM3660) Approval dealing with GADT (Math Owner SVE).<br />
•	Support to achieve PVCL at VDC per program timing.<br />
•	Attend DFMEA, DRBFM (Led by DRE) to identify appropriate ADV Plan.<br />
•	Write Evaluation Reports as required.<br />
•	Co-Lead DRBTR (Supplier’s responsibility) for Part after durability test.<br />
•	Report and track solving of PRTS+ items out of durability tests.<br />
•	Support to harmonize Global Validation process within GM Thailand and networking with Global Validation Members. <br />
•	Support and Local Leads the integration of vehicle performance specifications and content in their assigned SMT area of involvement which is impacted by Localization as well as identify performance test in Program LADV Plan.<br />
•	Ensure VTS Target setting with regard to Market and Customer demand (Performance VIA Area) is covering Regional Requirements (Thailand / ASEAN). <br />

Knowledge:<br />
- Education background in Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical Engineering.<br />
- Widely knowledge of automotive engineering (cross functional) and specialise in assigned SMT area.<br />
Skill:<br />
- Fluency in the English and Thai (spoken and written).<br />
- Minimum 3 years experience in vehicle project management.<br />
- Experience in the automotive industry in product engineering, test and validation areas. Part Development skill is advantage.<br />
- Experience in GM engineering processes especially global validation & GVDP highly desirable. <br />
- Good communication in transnational’s corporation working environment. <br />
- Self motivation and Able to work effectively under pressure.<br />
