•Verify forecast operating to be accurate and was entered correctly in MGO.<br />
•Notify supplier of erroneous schedule and advise them of the correct ship requirements.<br />
•Check BBAL (Beginning Inventory Balance or Book on Hand) or available quantity vs the physical on-hand count or min-max count.<br />
•Request and process a cycle count or other inventory adjustment if necessary.<br />
•Request a scrap ticket or request scrap tickets be entered in MGO if necessary.<br />
•Review receipts for duplicate ship dates or receipt dates and review the open ASN or NSRs for logical sequential SID number order.<br />
•Compare the packing slip with the document details for the tally number and verify the ASN or NSR was built under the correct SID number, part number and quantity are correct.<br />

•Develop recovery plan for suppliers that are continuously behind schedule or that could potentiality impact or jeopardize production.<br />
